We collect as little as possible and explain it plainly. This policy covers the website morna.app and the Morna waitlist.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Data: your email address and the language you choose.
• Purpose: to send you the free guide 7 Mornings to Wake Up Better, tell you when Morna launches and share news about the project, in your language. We ask you to confirm your email first (double opt-in).
• Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
• How long: until you unsubscribe or we close the list.

Who helps us

• Brevo (France) manages the waitlist and sends the emails, acting as our data processor under a data processing agreement.
• Our hosting provider, Netlify (USA), serves this website and may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running.

When a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own site.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, take it with you, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@morna.app. You can also complain to a data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD: aepd.es).

Children

The waitlist is not meant for children under 14 (under 13 in the United States), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date. If the change is important, we will let you know by email.
